01. THE SERVICE

Clipping AI Assistant ("the Bot") provides Discord community support, AI-generated answers, staff handoff, campaign submission workflows and moderation tools. By interacting with the Bot, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Bot is independent and is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

Use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms of Service. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements to use the Bot.

02. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Use the Bot lawfully and in accordance with your server's rules. Do not spam it, submit deceptive campaign information, harass people through support channels, or try to disrupt its operation. Do not send sensitive payment credentials, passwords or other secrets in support messages.

03. AI-GENERATED ANSWERS

The Bot may use AI to answer questions about campaign rules or processes. Answers may be inaccurate or out of date and are not a substitute for confirmation from authorized staff. For decisions about eligibility, payouts or moderation, consult a server administrator or the relevant campaign's official rules.

04. SERVER ADMINISTRATION AND MODERATION

Server administrators control whether they add the Bot and enable available server-specific features. Configured protection may act on new accounts, and authorized staff may use moderation commands. If you disagree with an action, contact the relevant server's administrators.

05. AVAILABILITY

The Bot may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or changes. Features may be updated or removed. The Bot is provided on an as-available basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or that every answer will be correct.

06. CHANGES AND CONTACT

These terms may be updated as the Bot changes. The date above shows the latest revision. For questions about the Bot, these terms or data handling, contact the Bot owner or a server administrator in a Discord server where the Bot is active.
