How it works

Useful automation. Human oversight.

Clipping AI Assistant is a tool for participating communities and their staff. AI-generated answers can be wrong; important campaign decisions should always be checked with a server administrator.

  1. 01

    Ask in a supported channel.

The bot reads eligible messages to provide a relevant answer.

  2. 02

    Request a person.

Support can be routed to staff when a question needs human attention.

  3. 03

    Keep the server organized.

Staff use submission and moderation tools to manage community workflows.

The support path

From a question to a person, in one place.

An illustration of how a conversation can move. Which steps happen depends on each server's settings and its staff.

Good to know

Straight answers.

Is every feature turned on in every server?

No. Some features depend on server settings and staff permissions, so what you see can differ from server to server.

Can the AI be wrong?

Yes. Answers may be inaccurate or out of date and are not a substitute for confirmation from authorized staff.

Who makes decisions about eligibility or payouts?

Not the bot's answers. For decisions about eligibility, payouts or moderation, consult a server administrator or the relevant campaign's official rules.

Where can I read how my data is handled?

In the Privacy Policy. Usage conditions are in the Terms of Service.

Is the bot affiliated with Discord?

It runs on Discord, but it is an independent Discord bot and is not affiliated with Discord.

Transparency matters

Know what the bot reads and what it keeps.

The policy explains what is processed, who can see it, where it is stored and how to make a request.
